• Average daily census: ~19 patients
• ~2,700 annual deliveries supported
• High-acuity neonatal care setting

Clinical Responsibilities

• Advanced neonatal intensive care management
• Daily NICU rounding and patient management
• Attendance at high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Performance of neonatal procedures (based on competency)
• Collaboration with neonatologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Evidence-based care focused on quality and patient outcomes
• Participation in structured 24/7 NICU coverage model
• Access to neonatal transport team and pediatric subspecialists
