A leading multispecialty provider in Southern Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist to join a growing team in Tucson. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of an established, well-supported practice equipped with comprehensive urologic technology and an experienced clinical team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
This employed position offers the stability of a professionally managed healthcare environment while allowing physicians to maintain clinical autonomy and focus on patient outcomes.
Position Details
Full-time employed opportunity
Structured schedule with:
4 days in clinic
1 day in the operating room
Practice mix:
75% outpatient
25% inpatient
Average patient volume:
Approximately 25 clinic patients per day
5–10 surgeries per week
Call schedule:
7 shifts per month
Additional compensation available for extra call coverage
Strong support staff and coordinated referral/diagnostic systems
Qualifications
MD or DO degree required
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
