Assignment Details

• Coverage Sites: Rock Island & Moline
• Shift Hours:
  • Rock Island: 7:00a–7:00p / 7:00p–7:00a call
  • Moline: 7:00a–5:30p / 5:30p–7:00a call
• Guaranteed Hours: 10 hours/day
• Call: CRNA can take OR call some weeks with MD back-up
• Call Response Time: 20 minutes
• Endoscopy Coverage: Saturdays available

Candidate Requirements

• Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Skills Required: Proficient in spinals, blocks, epidurals
• Caseload Documentation: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required

Clinical Scope & Procedures

• Case Types (Both Sites): Pediatrics, General, Orthopedic, Urology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Plastics, Podiatry
• Additional Cases Rock Island: Cardiac, Endoscopy, Vascular
• Additional Cases Moline: GYN, Pain Management
• Supervision Model: Medically supervised

Practice Details

• Number of Providers: 14
• Operating Rooms: Rock Island – 4 ORs, Moline – 5 ORs
• Endoscopy Room: 1 (Rock Island)
• Cardiovascular Room: 1 (Rock Island)
• EMR: Epic

Additional Notes

• Hours are 7:00a until cases are complete:
  • Rock Island: 7:00a–3:00p (5 ORs), 3:00p–5:00p (2 ORs), 5:00p–7:00p (2 ORs)
  • Moline: 7:00a–3:00p (5 ORs), 3:00p–5:00p (3 ORs)
• CRNAs take OB call at Moline; MDs take OR call at Rock Island.
