Position Overview

• Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Position Type: Full-Time Permanent
• Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
• Schedule: 36 patient-contact hours + 4 administrative hours weekly
• EMR: Epic
• Call: Shared call responsibilities
• Graduates Accepted: 2026 & 2027 candidates welcome

Clinical Responsibilities

• Full-spectrum outpatient primary care
• Acute & chronic disease management
• Preventive care and annual wellness visits
• Coordinate care with specialists
• Maintain timely Epic documentation
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Patient education and continuity of care

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM or IM
• Must maintain active board status
• Strong interest in outpatient primary care
• Community-focused and team-oriented
• Must be willing to live within reasonable commuting distance
• Not accepting locums candidates
