• Inpatient rehab medical management
• Oversight of facility operations as Medical Director
• Shared call coverage with group
• Compliance program in place
• EMR/Billing system: MD Coder (for charge entry, coding compliance, and billing)

Compensation & Benefits

Employed (W2) Providers

• Guaranteed Salary: $180,000/year
• Medical Director Salary: Guaranteed $200,000/year
• Production Bonus: Eligible for 70% of billings above base
• Typical total compensation: $230,000 – $425,000+ (salary + production bonus)

Independent Contractor (1099)

• Available for part-time providers
