- Leadership Scope: Oversight of 50-provider multi-specialty outpatient primary care group across 4 sites

- Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physician
- Leadership experience preferred
- Active clinical practice participation
- Interest in quality improvement, operations, and strategic growth

Leadership & Administrative Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight across four outpatient primary care sites
- Develop and standardize clinical protocols and best practices
- Lead quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Mentor and support physicians and care teams
- Collaborate on workflow optimization, scheduling, and EHR utilization
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Support infection control and public health initiatives
- Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and strategic development
- Drive population health and value-based care initiatives
- Participate in FPPE/OPPE, CME activities, performance evaluations, and case reviews
Clinical Responsibilities
- Maintain active direct patient care responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with nursing, administrative, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in phone-only call rotation
