A highly respected and growing cardiovascular program in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Interventional Cardiologist with a non-structural focus to join its expanding team.
Since 1994, this nine-location cardiovascular group has been a cornerstone of cardiac care throughout the region. The practice is supported by more than 28 physicians specializing in General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, and Cardiothoracic Surgery. 

Position Highlights

Full-time employed position
Approximately 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient practice mix
Practice within a Level I Trauma Center, providing exposure to high-acuity cardiovascular cases and advanced procedural opportunities
Manage 24–28 cases daily with a diverse clinical case load
Access to advanced cardiovascular technologies and services, including:
TAVR
Structural Heart Program
Electrophysiology
Advanced Interventional Cardiology
Collaborative multispecialty team with support from general cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, structural heart specialists, and cardiothoracic surgeons
Established referral network supporting strong procedural volume and complex case opportunities
Shared call structure designed to promote physician well-being and sustainability
Leadership opportunities in program development, quality initiatives, and innovation
Focus on coronary and advanced interventional procedures (non-structural role)

Clinical Responsibilities

Perform a full spectrum of interventional cardiology procedures in a high-acuity referral environment
Manage inpatient consultations, procedural care, and outpatient follow-up
Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists on complex coronary and advanced interventional cases
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, academic activities, and fellowship education

Qualifications

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology
Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
Minimum of 2 years Leadership experience or 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
Interest in complex coronary or advanced interventional cardiology preferred
