Opportunity Highlights:
- 18-bed Level III NICU
- Affiliated with the UT System and UT Southwestern
- On-campus residency program
- Approximately 140 deliveries per month
- Collaborative two-physician care model
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care in a Level III NICU setting
- Collaborate with physicians, NNPs, and multidisciplinary team members
- Participate in high-risk delivery attendance and neonatal resuscitation
- Partner with hospital leadership to support quality and safety initiatives
- Deliver evidence-based, family-centered neonatal care
Ideal Candidate:
- Board Certified as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC)
- Passion for working with newborns and supporting families
- Commitment to collaborative, team-based practice
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Dedication to high-quality, continuous patient care
