Clinical Role:

o Permanent hematology/oncology opportunity
o Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible hematology/oncology physician
o Seeking physicians with post-training experience
o Monday-Friday schedule
o Hours: 8:30a-5p
o Outpatient only to start
o Call schedule TBD
o Work alongside two experienced physicians
o Dedicated support staff includes:
• APP
• RN
• MA
o On-site infusion center
o Established referral network with growing patient volume
o Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration
o Technology-enabled workflows designed to support efficient, high-quality patient care

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary starting at $400,000+
• Typical established physicians can achieve $550,000+ total cash compensation
• wRVU incentive model focused on productivity, quality, patient experience, and documentation
• Guaranteed $100,000 sign-on bonus
• 5 CME days plus $2,500 annually
