Seeking a physician board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Outpatient Only
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Geriatric/Medicare Advantage Patient Base
Average Daily Census: 12-15
Full Staff: Physicians, NPs or Pas, Medical Assistants & Care Coaches
The Focus Is on Patient Care not RVU’s or High Patient Volume
Athena EMR
DAX Software Available
Experience with Value-Based Care (VBC) and Primary Care (PC) required; candidates should be comfortable working in a value-based care environment
Prior outpatient practice experience required
Physician will spend 2–3 days per week seeing patients and 1–2 days per week spent traveling to and supporting other clinic locations
This position will oversee roughly 5 clinics (45-60 minutes apart from one another).
