Permanent hematology/oncology opportunity
Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible hematology/oncology physician
Brand new site opening Summer 2026
Seeking physicians with post-training experience
Monday-Friday schedule
Hours: 8:30a-5p
Outpatient only to start
Call schedule TBD – expected to be very light initially
Small patient panel as the practice grows
Sole physician at the site
Dedicated support staff includes:
- APP
- RN
- MA
On-site infusion center
Established referral network with growing patient volume
Multidisciplinary care teams and tumor board collaboration

Competitive base salary starting at $400,000+
Typical established physicians can achieve $550,000+ total cash compensation
wRVU incentive model focused on productivity, quality, patient experience, and documentation
Guaranteed $100,000 sign-on bonus
5 CME days plus $2,500 annually
