Licensing

• Facility willing to license qualified candidates

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience in a hospital setting

Required Clinical Experience

• Current OB experience
• Must be comfortable managing high-risk OB patients
• Experience with pediatric cases
• Experience with neuro/head cases

Preferred Experience

• Level I Trauma Center experience

Shift Lengths

• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts

Scheduling Expectations

• Must be flexible to work:
  • Days
  • Nights
  • Weekends
  • OB coverage
  • OR coverage

Weekend Requirement

• Minimum of one full weekend shift per month
• Day or night based on departmental need

Night Coverage

• 3–6 night shifts per month
• Night assignments may be in:
  • OB
  • Operating Room
• Straight night schedules may be available

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced CRNA with at least 1 year of hospital-based practice
• Current high-risk OB experience
• Comfortable with OB, pediatric, and neuro cases
• Flexible regarding days, nights, weekends, and varied case assignments
• Interested in a minimum 3-week assignment with ongoing scheduling opportunities
• Level I Trauma experience preferred
