Potential for 3-6 night call shifts per month

Call Hours: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Practice Setting

Hematology/Oncology Practice

95% Outpatient Clinic

5% Inpatient Hospital Coverage

Adult Patient Population Only

Patient Volume

Average patient census: 22 patients per day

Average of 2-3 new consults per day

Clinical Focus

70% Oncology

30% Hematology

Coverage Details

Management of adult hematology and oncology patients

Outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology coverage required

EMR

Epic

Requirements

Board Certified Hematology or Medical Oncology required

Hematology/Oncology Fellowship required

Kentucky license highly preferred

COVID vaccination required

BLS required

ACLS required

Experience with outpatient and inpatient Hematology/Oncology required

Intrathecal chemotherapy experience required

Intracavitary chemotherapy experience highly preferred
