• Active DEA
• Active BLS Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience

Practice Details

Setting

• Outpatient Clinic
• Physician will likely split time between clinic locations
• Must be willing to work in various outpatient settings as needed:
  • Traditional clinic sites
  • School-based clinics
  • Mobile clinics

Patient Population

• All Ages
• Pediatrics and Adults
• Providers must be comfortable treating children and adults

Clinical Responsibilities

• Family Medicine outpatient care
• Supervision of Advanced Practice Providers/Midlevel Providers
• Additional clinical workflow details discussed during interview

Patient Volume

• Average Daily Census: 18 patients
• Preference for providers comfortable seeing 21+ patients per day
