Bridgeton, New Jersey, Primary Care Physician Job

o Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or internal medicine physician
o Due to patient population needs, client is seeking providers who are bilingual in Spanish
o Outpatient primary care opportunity
o No inpatient responsibilities
o No weekends
o Open to experienced physicians, as well as 2026 and 2027 residents
o No visa sponsorship available

o Schedule:
• Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p

o Join an established practice with:
• Five primary care physicians
• Three nurse practitioners
• Collaborative clinical and support staff

o Responsibilities Include:
• Disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery
• Management of acute illnesses and injuries
• Medication management and routine vaccinations
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing
• Specialist referrals as appropriate
• Accurate and timely medical documentation
• Leadership and direction of clinical and administrative staff
• Participation in value-based care and quality initiatives

o Requirements:
• MD or DO
• New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Board certified or board eligible
• Completion of accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
• EMR experience preferred
• Spanish fluency required

• Organization Information:
o Compensation range: $225,000-$350,000
o Compensation based on experience, productivity, and percent of net collections
