Opportunity Details
Two open positions available
Seeking physicians available to provide one-week-at-a-time call coverage
Will consider providers for call coverage only, including ED call and emergent cases
Will also consider physicians interested in covering clinic patients in addition to some call responsibilities
Seeking bread-and-butter urologists
More complex and oncology-related cases are referred to fellowship-trained and oncology-certified physicians in another region

Schedule
Call only and another for clinic and call coverage
One-week call coverage assignments available
30-minute call response time required

Hospital-based practice
Assigned and unassigned patient coverage
25-bed facility
Admissions required
Hospital Stroke Certified

Patient Volume
Approximately 8 patients per shift
Approximately 2 phone consults per day

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology required
Fellowship required
Active Indiana license required
IMLC accepted
ABLS required
ACLS required
ATLS required
BLS required

EMR
Epic
