• Board Certified in Pulmonary Critical Care
• Pulmonary/Critical Care Fellowship Training
• Texas Medical License or IMLC Eligibility
• DEA Registration
• ABLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• ATLS Certification
• BLS Certification
• PALS Certification

Practice Setting

• Acute Care Hospital
• In-House Call Only
