Locums – Michigan Upper Peninsula – CRNA Job

• Seeking a CRNA
• Two full-time locum needs
• Start at the end of August/beginning of September
• Ongoing assignment available
• Michigan license required – IMLC not accepted
• 15% inpatient and 85% outpatient practice setting
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Typical hours are 6:45 AM to approximately 3:00 PM
• OR room time begins at 7:15 AM
• Anesthesia staff typically arrive between 6:30 AM and 6:45 AM
• Weekday call is 1:5
• Weekend call typically once per month
• Primarily outpatient surgical and endoscopic cases
• Case mix includes:
• Orthopedics
• Endoscopy
• General Surgery
• Urology
• ENT
• Obstetrics
• Must be comfortable performing:
• Labor epidurals
• Spinal anesthesia for cesarean sections
• Nerve block experience is helpful but not required
• Recent experience required with:
• Spinals
• Epidurals
• Venous catheters
• Arterial catheters
• EMR: Epic
• Required certifications:
• NBCRNA
• AHA BLS
• AHA ACLS
• AHA PALS
• Case logs required:
• Minimum of 75 cases within the last 12 months
• Credentialing typically takes approximately 30 days
