• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician
• Full-time employed position
• Hospital-employed practice
• Outpatient primary care setting
• Adults only
• The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services, diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions, and deliver preventive healthcare services
• Conduct routine health assessments and wellness visits
• Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
• Seeking physicians with expertise in primary care
• Active medical license and board certification required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care delivered with empathy and professionalism
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No call
• EMR: EPIC
• Must have post-training experience
• No new graduates, unfortunately
