Required Licensure & Certifications
- Oregon Medical License: Highly preferred
- IMLC physicians welcome
- Non-licensed candidates accepted
- Oregon license must be obtained during credentialing
- BLS: Required
- DEA: Required during credentialing
Board & Training Requirements
- Board Certified Medical Oncology or Truly Board Eligible (within 0–5 years of residency completion) — Required
- Board Certified Hematology — Highly Preferred
- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship — Required
- Completion of an accredited residency program — Required

Clinical Responsibilities
- Comprehensive outpatient hematology and oncology care
- Evaluate new patient consultations
- Manage established hematology and oncology patients
- Direct the outpatient chemotherapy program
- Perform bone marrow biopsies
- Review laboratory and diagnostic results
- Collaborate with APPs and nursing staff to coordinate patient care
Patient Volume
- 15–18 patients per day
- 1–3 new consultations per week

- Bone Marrow Biopsies
Support & Technology
- EMR: eClinicalWorks (ECW) and Meditech
- Hematology/Oncology-trained Advanced Practice Provider
- Experienced oncology nursing staff
- Established outpatient infusion center
- Collaborative multidisciplinary support team
