Experience Requirements

  • Post-Acute Care Experience Preferred
  • Acute Care Experience Preferred

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive inpatient medical assessments
  • Perform histories and physical examinations
  • Review and support rehabilitation goals
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation physicians, nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Provide patient and family education
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
  • Provide medical leadership within the rehabilitation facility
