- Seeking a board certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Urgent coverage need
- Assignment begins as soon as credentialed and is ongoing
- Client prefers one full-time provider but will consider two part-time providers to meet coverage needs
- Outpatient Hematology/Oncology practice
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- No call
- Adult patients only
- Seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology APP with strong medical oncology experience; benign hematology experience preferred
- Must be able to practice independently following a brief orientation
- Responsibilities include:
- Comprehensive patient assessments
- Diagnosis and management of hematology and oncology patients
- New and follow-up patient evaluations
- Development and implementation of treatment plans
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic studies
- Monitoring patients receiving chemotherapy and other cancer therapies
- Patient and family education
- EMR: Epic Beacon
