Locums – Primary Care Physician (IM/FM) | Farmington, ME (IMLC Accepted)

Availability

• Start: ASAP (Credentialing projects a November start; earlier start possible with an active Maine license)
• Assignment Length: 3-month minimum, with potential to extend 6–9 months
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Patient Care: 6–8 hours/day
• Administrative/In-Basket: Approximately 2 hours/day
• 30-Minute Unpaid Lunch
• No Call
• No Weekend Coverage

Required Licenses & Certifications

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active Maine Medical License Highly Preferred
• Active IMLC Accepted
• EPIC Experience (Must be noted at time of name clear)

• Outpatient Primary Care
• Acute & Chronic Disease Management
• Annual Wellness Visits
• Post-Hospital Follow-Up
• Preventive Care
• Medication Refills
• Test Result Review & Follow-Up
• Referral Management
• Patient Advice & In-Basket Management

Practice Details

• Outpatient Primary Care
• Adult Patient Population
• Minimum 16 Patients Per Day
• Approximately 12 Physicians and 15 APPs Across the Practice
• May Float Between Three Primary Care Office Locations in Farmington
• No Residents or Fellows
• Strong Physician Support Team
• EPIC EMR
