Clinical Details & Responsibilities
Practice Settings:
- Outpatient clinic
- Inpatient hospital
- Telehealth services
Patient Volume:
- Approximately 20 patients per shift
Facility Information:
- 52-bed facility
- Stroke-certified hospital
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Perform urologic oncology surgical procedures
- Conduct outpatient clinic evaluations and follow-up care
- Provide inpatient consultation and management
- Manage bladder instillation therapy
- Participate in assigned and unassigned call coverage
- Coordinate multidisciplinary oncologic care
- Manage admissions and inpatient rounding
Call Details:
- In-house call coverage
- Call for assigned and unassigned patients
- Required response time: 0–30 minutes
- Approximately five phone consults per call period
- Approximately one to eight patients seen while on call
- Approximately 75% callback rate
- Approximately two to four admissions per call period

Requirements
- Board Certification in Urology – Required
- Fellowship training in Urologic Oncology – Required
- Active Washington Medical License – Required
- Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) accepted
- ACLS Certification – Required
- BLS Certification – Required
- Experience managing urologic oncology patients and bladder instillation therapy – Required
