Licenses & Certifications Required

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology
Completion of an Otolaryngology (ENT) residency
U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Michigan medical license
Michigan Controlled Substance License (or eligible)

Practice Details

Established ENT practice serving the community since 2000
Full-spectrum Otolaryngology practice including:
- General ENT
- Thyroid and parathyroid surgery
- Rhinology
- Sleep disorders
- Airway and breathing disorders
- Sinus surgery
Easy access to adult and pediatric primary care referrals
Collaborative environment with more than 50 physicians and advanced practice providers across 20+ specialties
On-site laboratory and imaging services available 24/7
Modern medical center with advanced imaging, including MRI
