CRNA - Urbana, Illinois

  • Seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join a large, established anesthesia team
  • Join an autonomous and team-centered department of more than 60 CRNAs
  • Team performs more than 19,500 cases annually
  • Position is based at an established research and teaching hospital
  • Level I trauma center
  • Schedule includes four 10-hour shifts per week
  • No in-house call
  • Second call schedule includes 2 to 3 weekends per year, 1 holiday per year, and weekday call approximately once every 3 weeks
  • Three CRNA subgroups cover OB, Pediatric, and Heart cases
  • Perform all surgical services except transplants and burns
  • CRNAs practice with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with anesthesiologists

Candidate Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing Anesthesia
  • Current Illinois CRNA license
  • Ability to work autonomously in a team-centered anesthesia department
  • Interest in a broad surgical case mix
  • Comfortable collaborating with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary clinical teams

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation range of $296,858 to $346,528
  • 5.4 to 6.4 weeks of paid time off
