Locums - Minneapolis, Minnesota, CRNA Opening (Willing to License)
Start Date: August 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing (initial contract is 4 months)
Orientation & Scheduling Requirements:
- Paid orientation: 3 days required
- Orientation shifts begin on the second Monday of every month
- Providers must complete 3 orientation shifts
- Full-time coverage preferred
- Minimum requirement may be 36 hours/week and 2 weeks/month may apply
- Required: Two consecutive weeks per month during the first 3 months of assignment
- After 3 months, every-other-week scheduling may be considered
Shift Details:
- 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
- Schedule options include:
- 6:30am–3:00pm
- 6:30am–5:00pm
- 6:30am–7:00pm
Coverage Needs:
- FTE coverage needed
- Approximately 40 hours/week x 4 weeks/month preferred
Practice Setting:
- Hospital-based tertiary care facility
- Level III facility
- Care Team model: 4:1
- 24-hour anesthesia aide department available for room turnover and supply support
Patient Population:
- Ages 12+
Department & Clinical Details:
- Specialized tertiary care cases
- CRNAs do not perform:
- Blocks
- Arterial lines
- Epidurals
- Spinals
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Minnesota RN license – Required
- Minnesota Registered Nurse Anesthetist licensure – Required
- ACLS/BLS Tier 2 Advanced Cardiac Life Support – Required upon hire
- Minimum 1 year of experience – Required
- NBCRNA Required
- Active MN License Required
Credentialing Timeframe:
- Approximately 90–120 days
