Availability

• Assignment: Ongoing
• Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Call Hours: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Call Schedule: Every 4th night
• Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Practice Setting

• Hospital
• Independent all-CRNA practice
• 3 Operating Rooms
• 4 anesthesia providers scheduled during the day

Case Mix

• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Urology
• Ophthalmology
• Vascular
• Dental
• ENT
• Podiatry

Specialty Requirements

• Must be proficient in:
  • Spinal anesthesia
  • Regional nerve blocks
  • Epidurals
• Case logs required documenting experience with:
  • Epidurals
  • Spinals
  • Regional blocks

Licenses & Certifications

Required

• Active Michigan CRNA license (if applicable for practice)
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS

Practice Details

• Independent CRNA practice with no physician supervision
• EMR: Epic
