OB/GYN Physician Opportunities – Central Illinois (Pick Your Location)

• Seeking board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN physicians
• Opportunities available in Peoria, Urbana, and Danville, Illinois
• Join established OB/GYN practices within a financially sound, integrated health system
• Full-time opportunities available; part-time candidates may be considered in Urbana
• Practice options include outpatient OB/GYN, inpatient obstetrical and gynecological coverage, and gynecologic surgery
• Women’s Health subspecialty support available across the system
• Opportunity for academic and/or research involvement

Candidate Requirements

• Experience or interest in full-scope OB/GYN care
• Ability to provide outpatient, inpatient, and surgical women’s health services
• Comfortable collaborating with physicians, APPs, Midwives, OB Hospitalists, and multidisciplinary teams
• Surgical experience preferred for the Peoria opportunity
• Urogynecology experience appreciated, but not required, for the Peoria opportunity

Peoria

• Growing practice with OB/GYN physicians, APPs, and support staff
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• One 24-hour OB Hospitalist shift required per week
• Mix of inpatient OB/GYN care, outpatient clinic, and gynecologic surgery
• Limited weekend call and weekly admin day
• Da Vinci robot access
• Deliveries at a 349-bed Level II Trauma Center

Urbana

• Established multispecialty practice with OB/GYNs, OB Hospitalists, Midwives, and APPs
• 4 to 5 clinic days per week with dedicated OR time
• Full-time and part-time candidates welcome
• Monthly call for 1.0 FTE is 4, 24-hour shifts
• 24-hour dedicated Labor & Delivery anesthesia coverage
• Family-oriented Labor & Delivery unit with private triage rooms and fully appointed LDRs
• 24/7 Maternal Fetal Medicine and Neonatology coverage
• 48 NICU beds
• ACGME-accredited OB/GYN Residency Program with participation required
• Options for balanced OB/GYN, OB-dominant, or OB-only practice

Danville

• Growing practice with one OB/GYN physician and one full-time APP
• Serves a regional patient population of approximately 138,000
• Referral access to nearby tertiary care center approximately 30 minutes away
• Referral support includes Level I Trauma services, Level III Perinatal Services, 48 NICU beds, and 24/7 Neonatology and Maternal Fetal Medicine coverage
• Women’s Health and Pediatric subspecialty referral support available

Compensation & Benefits

• Peoria compensation range: $471,000 to $480,000
• Urbana compensation range: $525,000 to $600,000
• Danville compensation range: $375,000 to $425,000
