We are seeking a Board Certified Physician in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine to join a brand-new outpatient primary care clinic in Florida.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in launching a new practice. The clinic is scheduled to go live on August 10, 2026, and we are seeking an experienced physician who can successfully support the launch, establish clinical operations, and drive the early growth of the practice.
Practice Highlights
Outpatient Only
Monday–Friday schedule
Geriatric/Medicare Advantage patient population
Average daily census: 12–15 patients
Collaborative care team including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and Care Coaches
Focus on quality patient care rather than RVUs or high patient volume
Athena EMR
DAX AI documentation software available
Qualifications
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
Experience in private practice, outpatient primary care, or a similar clinical environment
Knowledge of or experience with Value-Based Care
Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
Available to begin on or before August 10, 2026
Demonstrated ability to successfully launch a new clinic, establish clinical workflows, build patient relationships, grow a patient panel, and support long-term practice success
