Clinical Role
Join an established ambulatory surgery center in Hanover, Pennsylvania, providing anesthesia care within a collaborative medical direction model. This full-time locums CRNA opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call responsibilities while caring for both pediatric and adult surgical patients in a four-OR outpatient setting.

Coverage Requirements:
Full-time coverage
40 hours per week
Schedule:
Five 8-hour shifts per week
7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
30-minute unpaid lunch

Clinical Details & Responsibilities
Practice Setting:
Ambulatory Surgery Center
Four operating rooms
Patient Population:
Pediatric and Adult patients
Patient Volume:
Approximately 6–15 patients per day depending on room assignment
Special Procedures & Case Mix:
- Orthopedics
- Gynecology
- Ophthalmology/Eyes
- Endoscopy
- ENT
- Dental
- General surgery
Clinical Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations
- Administer general anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate
- Manage intraoperative anesthesia needs
- Participate in perioperative patient management
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams

Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Certification – Required
- Active Pennsylvania CRNA License – Required
- ACLS Certification – Required
- BLS Certification – Required

Credentialing
Approximately 90 days normally; facility will work to expedite credentialing when possible.
