Clinical Role:
Hospital-based practice with a Level II Trauma
ASAP start based on credentialing; ongoing need
Temporary privileges possible
Must be able to work cardiac cases
Variety of shift types and schedules:
7a-3p M-F
7a-5p M-F
5p-7a M-F Call shift (must cover cardiac and general)
24-hour weekend call shifts also available (must cover cardiac and general)
All call shifts include cardiac CRNA and general CRNA backup
Additional Case types can include General Surgery, OB, Ortho, Cardiac, Outpatient Surgery, Vascular, Endo, ENT, Podiatry, Plastics, Urology, GI and Spine
EMR is Cerner
Requirements:
Active Florida license and DEA
Active ACLS, BLS, PALS and TB test
Must be able to provide 24 months of case logs
Candidates must reside more than 60 minutes from the facility
