Availability

• Start Date: 09/28/2026
• Schedule: 3 Days per Week
• Shift: 10-Hour Days (8 Hours Patient Care + 2 Hours Administrative Time)
• Required Commitment:
  • 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off OR
  • Alternating Weeks
• Clinic Days: To Be Determined

• Active Washington License – Required
• IMLC Accepted
• DEA – Required
• Washington CSR – Required

Certifications / Qualifications

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Primary Care – Required
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Women's Health – Required
• ACLS – Required
• BLS – Required
• PALS – Required
• Experience in Women's Health and Pediatrics – Required
• Experience providing education and support for D&Cs (not performing) – Preferred
• C-Section capability preferred, but providers not performing C-sections will still be considered

• EMR: Epic
• Patient Volume: 18+ Patients per Day
• Scope of Practice:
  • Outpatient Primary Care
  • Obstetrics
  • Family Practice
  • Women's Health
  • Pediatrics
  • Full-spectrum Women's Health
  • Neonatal Admissions and Rounding
• Approximately 100–115 Births per Year
• Support Staff: Shared Panel Model, Medical Assistant, RN

Call Details

• At least 1 Weekday Call per Week (7:00 AM–7:00 AM)
• Weekend Call Rotation with Family Practice OB Providers
