Hospital-Employed | Permanent Position | Premier Coastal Florida Location
A growing critical care team is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support ICU services across Daytona Beach and Palm Coast, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside an established group of intensivists and APPs providing high-acuity care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU settings in a collaborative, physician-supported environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys critical care medicine, values strong team support, and wants a flexible schedule across two hospital campuses. The program is built around clinical excellence, continuity of care, and compassionate patient management in fast-paced ICU settings.
Team & Practice Environment
Group includes 10 intensivist physicians and 12 advanced practice providers
ICUs include a cardiovascular ICU and medical/surgical ICUs across two campuses
APPs work closely with intensivists to provide comprehensive, evidence-based critical care
Schedule & Structure
182 shifts per year (7on/7off)
Days
Rotating coverage between Daytona Beach and Palm Coast
Facility Information
Together, the team provides care across several ICU units including:
32-bed Medical/Surgical ICU Daytona Beach
18-bed closed Medical/Surgical ICU – Palm Coast
Ideal Candidate
Experienced ICU APP (NP or PA) comfortable with high-acuity adult critical care
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Enjoys working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary ICU team
2+ Years of Experience
