Position Overview
A hospital-employed cancer program in Central Massachusetts is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join a well-established, collaborative oncology team. This full-time employed opportunity offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding, comprehensive practice support, and the opportunity to build a thriving practice within a growing regional cancer program.
Supported by an experienced administrative infrastructure that manages billing, coding, collections, and marketing, physicians can focus on delivering exceptional, patient-centered cancer care while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance.
Position Highlights
Hospital-employed Hematology/Medical Oncology practice
Join an experienced, collegial team of hematology-oncology physicians and advanced practice providers
Balanced outpatient clinic and inpatient rounding responsibilities
Shared call schedule with no call-back obligations
Monday–Friday clinic schedule
Comprehensive in-house practice management support, including billing, coding, collections, and marketing
Established referral network with strong community demand
Opportunity for rapid practice growth within a robust regional cancer program
Multidisciplinary approach to cancer care with access to advanced diagnostic and treatment resources
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts
Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care
Strong communication and collaborative team skills
Organization Information:
