An established regional health system in South Texas is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Vascular Surgeon to join a growing, academically affiliated surgical practice. This opportunity offers the ability to build a comprehensive vascular surgery practice while working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment with access to advanced surgical technology and clinical teaching opportunities.
Position Highlights
Full spectrum of vascular surgery, including open and endovascular procedures:
Carotid endarterectomy
Aneurysm repair
Lower extremity revascularization
Dialysis access
Venous interventions
Established, academically affiliated group practice with opportunities to participate in resident and medical student education
Monday–Friday clinic schedule with a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care
Shared call schedule coordinated among the physician group
Collaborative practice alongside Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, and General Surgery
Modern, 586-bed regional medical center featuring:
19 operating rooms
Four cardiac catheterization laboratories
Advanced cardiovascular and endovascular services
Robotic-assisted surgical technology
State-of-the-art imaging and navigation systems
Cerner EMR
Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
Candidate Qualifications
M.D. or D.O.
Completion of an accredited Vascular Surgery fellowship
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Vascular Surgery
Eligible for an unrestricted Texas medical license
