Geriatric/Medicare Advantage Patient Base
Average Daily Census: 12-15
Full Staff: Physicians, NPs or Pas, Medical Assistants & Care Coaches
The Focus Is on Patient Care not RVU’s or High Patient Volume

Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required
1+ years of experience in primary care, geriatric medicine, or managing chronic conditions preferred
Experience in an outpatient practice with clinical experience in primary care, senior health, and value-based care (VBC) required
