Locums Pediatric Dentist Opportunity – Pueblo, CO

Primary Coverage Needed: Thursdays & Fridays from August through the first two weeks of October
Additional Availability: Some Monday–Wednesday dates available in September and October
Schedule:
- Thursday (Surgery Day): Approximately 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Providers available Wednesday–Friday will also be considered
Call: None

Active Colorado Dental License (licensing may be considered; approximately 30-day turnaround)
Pediatric Dentistry experience required
Board Certification in Pediatric Dentistry (Preferred)
Delta Dental credentialing (Preferred)
General anesthesia experience (Highly Preferred)
General Dentists with strong pediatric experience will be considered
DEA not required

High-volume pediatric dental practice
35–40 patients per day
Pediatric patient population (ages 2–16)
Approximately 7–8 operative appointments daily, with the remainder consisting of hygiene exams
Procedures include:
- Stainless steel crowns
- Simple extractions
- Composite restorations
- Space maintainers
- Lip and tongue tie releases (occasional)
- Pediatric dental procedures under general anesthesia on select dates
Support staff includes:
- 4 Dental Assistants
- 2 Front Office staff
Seeking a provider comfortable managing a busy pediatric practice with bread-and-butter pediatric dentistry procedures
