Critical Requirements
NP or PA certification required (Electrophysiology)
Active Arizona license preferred; will consider licensing
DEA required
Minimum 1 year of Electrophysiology experience required
Ample experience in electrophysiology required

Coverage Need
Full-time coverage requested
Minimum 3–4 weeks per month

Schedule
Hospital shifts and possible clinic shifts
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
1-hour lunch included
Schedule: 3–4 weeks per month minimum

Hospital volume: Variable
Clinic volume: Approximately 14 patients per day

Clinical Scope
Follow-up visits
Post-operative evaluations
Post-device checks
Same-day appointments
Procedure follow-ups
Hospital coverage and electrophysiology support
Provide EP clinical care in collaboration with electrophysiology physician

Facility Notes
Very busy electrophysiology department
Support staff includes EP physician
Opportunity to support a growing EP service line

EMR & Credentialing Notes
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 30–60 days
