From day one, you'll step into a turnkey practice with strong referral patterns, a fully equipped clinic, and a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care. With access to state-of-the-art robotic surgery technology and a supportive clinical team, you'll have the resources to deliver exceptional patient care while building a rewarding surgical practice.
Position Highlights
Full-time, employed Urologist opportunity
Monday–Friday clinic schedule with dedicated procedure days
Balanced practice with approximately 50% inpatient and 50% outpatient care
Shared emergency call rotation of 1:5 across two regional hospitals
Average clinic volume of 20+ patients per day
Join an established, collaborative urology team
Advanced robotic surgery program featuring:
Three da Vinci Xi robotic surgical systems
Stryker surgical tower
Olympus instrumentation
Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
Eligible for California medical licensure
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation ranging from $506,000–$630,000, based on experience, qualifications, and productivity
