- Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Permanent, hospital-employed position
- Full-time, day shift
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Eight-hour shifts plus call
- Call participation is required
- Candidates must live within 30 minutes of the hospital to meet call requirements
- Join an established, all-CRNA anesthesia team
- Practice within an independent CRNA care model
- Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Care for a broad patient population ranging from pediatric patients aged 12 months and older through geriatric patients
- Provide anesthesia services for General Surgery, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urology, Otolaryngology, Podiatry, Endoscopy and Gastroenterology, Dental, and Ophthalmology procedures
- Provide labor analgesia for obstetric patients
- Perform regional anesthesia
- Deliver anesthesia care in accordance with American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology and organizational standards
- Maintain clinical competency and accurate documentation
- Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with surgical, nursing, medical, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support departmental operations, scheduling, committees, equipment review, and technology integration
- Work within a collaborative environment that values autonomy, professional excellence, and patient-centered care
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Vermont Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications are required
- Current Drug Enforcement Administration registration is required
