Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Clinic hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Average clinic commitment: 36 contact hours per week
• No call responsibilities

Location

• Fargo, North Dakota
• Outreach coverage to Detroit Lakes, Minnesota

License Requirements

• Active North Dakota Medical License required
• Active Minnesota Medical License required

Board Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Allergy

Practice Highlights

• Established and growing allergy practice
• Solo physician model with support from:
  • Registered Nurses
  • Clinical Assistants
• Clinic-based outpatient practice
• Average daily patient volume: 14–22 patients
• Clinic location: South University Campus in Fargo, North Dakota
