• Work at a surgery center in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago
• 1099 independent contractor position
• Compensation of $625,000 annually
• Additional $25,000 leadership stipend
• Work 42 weeks per year
• No call
• No nights
• No weekends
• Must be comfortable performing:
  • Regional anesthesia
  • Spinal anesthesia
  • Peripheral nerve blocks
  • Epidurals
• No OB cases
