• DEA Required

Board Certification

• Board Certified (ABOG) Required
• Board Eligible may be considered in some cases

Preferred Certifications

• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Experience Required

• Minimum 2–3 years of OB/GYN experience
• 5+ years preferred

Practice Details

• OB Hospitalist coverage for Labor & Delivery
• Covers all OB services and unassigned OB/GYN call
• Expected to supervise/manage residents
• Busy practice averaging:
  • 70–75 deliveries per month
  • 20–25 non-obstetrical surgeries per month
• Required skills:
  • Full-scope OB
  • Minor GYN surgical procedures
