• Position Type: Full-Time
• Schedule:
  • 4 clinic days per week
  • 4 hours of administrative time (onsite or remote)
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day

• Active California Medical License (or ability to obtain)

Board Certification

• Board Certified in one of the following:
  • Family Medicine
  • Internal Medicine
  • Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds)

Compensation

• Salary: $250,000–$285,000 (based on experience)
• Guaranteed base salary
• Quality-based bonus structure
• 5% sign-on bonus
• Opportunity to earn up to 12% annual performance bonus
