• Active Ohio Medical License – Required
• IMLC: Accepted
• ACLS Certification – Required
• BLS Certification – Required
• DEA Registration – Required
• Ohio CSR – Required

Practice Details

• Setting: Acute Care Hospital
• Service Line: Cardiac Electrophysiology
• Work Environment: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Trauma Level: Adult Level II/III/IV
• EMR: Epic
• Support: 1 inpatient APP for EP support
• EP Labs: 2 procedure labs available
• EP Team: 1 on-staff EP provider
• Mapping System: Abbott EnSite

Schedule Breakdown

• Clinic: 2 days per week (Monday & Tuesday)
  • Approximately 14 clinic patients per day
• Procedures: 3 days per week (Wednesday–Friday)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Outpatient EP clinic
• Inpatient EP consult service
• EP procedures
• EKG interpretation
• Management of EP patient population

• All EP procedures required
