Availability

• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: 6 months with potential extension up to 1 year
• Coverage: Full-time

Licenses & Certifications

Required

• Board Certified in Endocrinology
• Experience using Epic EMR
• 2 Supervisor References and 1 Peer Reference from the past 12 months

Highly Preferred

• Active Maine Medical License or Active IMLC Letter of Qualification (LOQ)
• Thyroid Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) experience

Licensing candidates will be considered.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (4 x 10-hour shifts) or 5 x 8-hour shifts
• No Call
• No Weekends

• Ambulatory Outpatient Endocrinology Clinic
• EMR: Epic

Patient Population

• Adult Endocrinology and Diabetes

---

Required Clinical Experience

• Endocrinology and diabetes management
• Hospital discharge follow-up visits
• New patient evaluations
• Follow-up appointments
• Comfortable seeing 16–20 patients per day

Practice Details

• Volume based on 8- or 10-hour shifts
• Current team includes 11 Endocrinologists and 4 APPs
• On-site Certified Diabetes Educators
• Comprehensive diabetes management, insulin pump education, and patient education services
• Regional referral center for endocrine and diabetes care
