Required Licensure & Certifications

• Case logs required only for non-ABEM physicians

Board Requirements

• ABEM Board Certified/Board Eligible — Preferred
• Alternative Emergency Medicine boards accepted
• Primary Care physicians with Emergency Medicine experience will be considered
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Orientation

• 2 shadow shifts
• EMR training provided
• EMR: Meditech

Practice Setting

• Emergency Department
• 18-bed Emergency Department
• Single physician coverage
• Primarily adult patient population
• Non-trauma facility

Clinical Details

• Patient Volume: Approximately 1.5–2 patients per hour
• Admission Rate: Approximately 20%
• Full-spectrum Emergency Medicine coverage
• Day and night shift opportunities

Support & Staffing

• Standard Emergency Department nursing and ancillary support
• No APP or nurse triage
• Single-provider staffing model
