Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams
- Develop and adjust individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate care
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and families on health management and prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Ideal Candidate
- Current Michigan physician license
- Active DEA
- Strong clinical foundation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Experience in post-acute, acute, emergency, or outpatient settings is a plus
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
