Specialty / Clinical Role

• Specialty: Family Medicine / Primary Care
• Setting: 100% outpatient clinic
• Patient Population: Full-spectrum Family Medicine, from babies through retirees
• Patient Volume: 8–14 patients/day
• Leadership: Supervise 3 FNPs
• Clinical Duties:
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide wellness and preventive care
  • Coordinate specialty referrals
  • Order and interpret diagnostic testing
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Supervise NP team members
